The perfect women’s retreat is memorable because guests are able to feel the transformation in real time and take the knowledge and practices they’ve gathered back into their regular lives. So, the transformation is real and lasting. These kinds of retreats are even more important here in the San Francisco Bay Area where the pace and pressure can end up defining us and our lifestyles. We need to be reminded of who we are, why we do what we do, and what is most important in life. The Bay Area women’s retreat center you choose can help to create the necessary space for vulnerability and discovery that we need for transformation.
A Women’s Retreat Center Removed from the Bay Area’s Commotion
Step into a setting removed from the daily pressures and responsibilities that are ever-present at home. A retreat venue tucked away gives guests a chance to really believe in the break—and then to let go and explore what is underneath.
At Kennolyn, we’re naturally removed from the Bay Area, high up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, surrounded by 300 acres of redwoods and fresh air. And we work hard to create a private, all-inclusive experience, so you and your guests really can let go, let be, and let your inner wisdom step into the driver’s seat. In fact, we will help you to steer the plans and the course of the retreat in the right direction, so you can stay focused on your retreaters’ experiences.
What Is an All-Inclusive Women’s Retreat Center Like?
We’re not that far away—just about 90 minutes from San Francisco—but it’s just far enough so that the retreat is real. And we have everything you need all in one place, so you can get away and stay away for a few days. Your guests will rest in comfortable cabin cottages in the Stone Creek Village. Menus will be customized according to the theme of your retreat and your guests’ needs. Our chef is happy to get creative to prepare the perfect gourmet meals.
Various gathering places are available in the village, indoors and outdoors. And we can help you design, setup, and teardown those spaces. We also have a wide range of activities available that you can easily weave into your program or offer during guests’ free time: swimming, volleyball, field games, ping-pong, basketball, hiking, rock wall climbing, ropes course, campfires, scavenger hunts, skits in the woods, among many others. It’s also a great place to invite spa professionals, yoga teachers, and other resources to enhance your women’s retreat program.
