We want to make sure there is balance and synergy among the retreats that are offered.  We don’t think a 24 hr heavy metal drumming retreat will fit well alongside a silent meditation gathering.  We are not going to be judging your credentials to offer the retreat or who your audience might be, just making sure there are compatible offerings.

No. Only if you are accepted, you will pay the $2000 fee to hold your spot and start discussing meeting space requirements etc.  This fee covers your own accommodations and food for the weekend as well as meeting space, support, for your retreat.
