-6 hours of dedicated wedding time at venue: 4:00 guest arrival, 4:30 Ceremony begins, 10pm Reception concludes (additional time is available at the start of event - $1,500 per half hour)

-Dedicated space for the Bridal Party in Casa de Caldwell (10am - 6pm) and the Casita (12pm - 10pm) for the Groom’s Party

-Use of Redwood Grove ceremony space with choice of arbor

-Support of professional wedding coordinator throughout planning phase and on the day of the event including two-hour private event coordination consultation & detail meeting, rehearsal, ceremony and reception coordination
