We offer a convenient all-inclusive experience with comfortable lodging (two-night minimum), multiple meeting spaces, sumptuous and customizable meals designed by our own executive chef, and the attention of full-time coordinators committed to planning and overseeing every detail. The base package (plus taxes and service fees) is broken up as follows:

This meal package includes a fresh continental breakfast, various buffet lunch options, and a three-course buffet dinner of your choice. On your final day, we serve a farewell breakfast in place of the continental breakfast and lunch. Our executive chef has developed a rich selection of dishes inspired by the freshest local cuisine. We are also very happy to design an original menu to suit your tastes, your event theme, and your guests’ dietary restrictions.

Meeting Spaces to Fit Your Needs
When you reserve our Stone Creek Venue, the entire village will be available exclusively to you. Apart from our expert staff, there will be no one else on site, so your experience will be a dedicated retreat without distractions. We have five different meeting rooms available, so you can choose the space most suitable for your needs or even hold multiple group sessions at once.
Our coordinators are available to discuss your many options for setting up our meeting spaces, depending on the size of your group and the style of your presentations and discussions. We offer both audio/visual equipment (microphone, flat screen TV, DVD player, and projector) and note-taking supplies (white board, flip chart, notepads). For more advanced equipment needs, we’re happy to connect you with our technology partner.
Rustic Lodging Nestled into the Redwoods
We take retreat reservations for a minimum of two nights and anywhere between 30 and 123 guests. The Stone Creek Village offers lodging in 30 cabins and suites, many with cozy gas fireplaces, all with comfortable sleeping and living spaces with linens provided. When you stay in the village, you’re never far away from our meeting rooms and exceptional opportunities for individual recreation and group activities.
