You need only return the “Employment Application” and the “Applicant Background Inquiry Release”. You must also send the “Reference Form” to three different people. They then return the form to us. We can start reviewing your application without the references so please send in the application and the references can follow at a later date. Have you given your reference letters to a minimum of three references?

Have you filled out and faxed in your background check?
