Camp Philosophy

Family Camp is an excellent chance for you to get away from it all and enjoy Kennolyn's peaceful surroundings. You'll experience fun activities, great food, good friends, and quality time together as a family. For many families with young children, this camp is an introduction to all that Kennolyn has to offer. It is a great way to enjoy a family vacation and prepare your children for a summer as a resident camper when they are old enough.

Our recently upgraded log cabins offer 2 double size beds per room (some have an additional single bed in a side room), and a bathroom with a shower. Our more rustic wood cabins have bunk beds with mattresses and share community bathrooms.

Family camp Highlights:

• Full schedule of activities. Most of our regular camp activities are offered with instruction for adults and children.
  
  
• Complete, counselor supervised programs for campers ages 3 and up.
  
  
• Fresh salad bars, homemade soups, plus home-baked breads and desserts are the highlights of Kennolyn's food service. We offer the best in home-style cooking with hot entrees available at each meal.

Is Family Camp the right choice for our family?

Keep in mind, this is a camping experience, not a hotel or resort get-a-way. We offer fun activities, time to relax, and a caring staff. If you can live without room service and cable television and want a chance to spend quality time together as a family, then Kennolyn's Family Camp is for you.
