Download the complete 2009 Day Camp Parent Packet in pdf format.
All Day Camp forms and information can be filled out online by logging in to CAMPWISE.
If you need the physical forms mailed, emailed or faxed to you please contact our office.
You are required to complete all of the following in order to finalize your camper's enrollment. To complete the following you must log in to CAMPWISE.
Checklist:
 Complete the Medical Form for 2009 in Campwise under "medical."
Sign up for our free bus service or inform us that you plan to drive.
Make final tuition payment - due May 31st.
If you would like to order lunches for your camper log in to your account and choose lunches under "other categories."
Complete your camper's online Profile form - log in and select "show details" and then "revise profile."
Mark your calendar for Parent Night and Outpost Overnight!
Mark your camper's clothes and other belongings with their name.
Fill out the Alternate Adult Camper Pick Up Request form if someone other than your camper's legal guardian will be picking them up.
